Amsterdam is considered the capital of cyclists, so it's no wonder that a great bicycle manufacturer appears there. This time it's electric bike manufacturer Veloretti and their first Ivy and Ace bike models.
Although the name Veloretti sounds completely Italian to us, we are talking about a Dutch company, where, after all, they swear by the Italian retro design language. Despite the pronounced retro look, they are Veloretti Ivy and Ace brand new electric bikes with advanced technology. Electric bikes are equipped with a silent 250-watt Bafang electric motor, hydraulic brakes, carbon drive belt and ″infinite″ automatic transmission Enviola. The front and rear lights are integrated into the aluminum frame of the bike, as is the removable battery, with capacity 510 Wh. It can store enough energy for up to 60, respectively 120 kilometers a long way depending on the model.
The automatic transmission will do its job without the assistance of the rider, so that he can only focus on the traffic and any obstacles on the road. The advanced system will automatically adapted to the driving style and shifted accordingly. In addition, the bikes are equipped with a torque, cadence and speed sensor, and you will also find Bluetooth, GPS, 3G and 4G connectivity. With the help of technology, it will be possible to control the location of the bikes and update the software wirelessly. Over built-in screen on the handlebars, the rider will be able to check driving data, get navigation directions or connect to one of the applications on the mobile phone. Electric bikes, with weight 21 kilograms, are available for approx 2,400 euros.
