Tired of just being a spectator at ski jumps? Now you can ski over the world record length (251.5 m) and at the same time break the Slovenian record held by Peter Prevc with 250 meters. While a steel cable was recently strung over the ski jump in Planica, something similar was also done in Bohinj, where the ski jumping center in Polje was equipped with a device for simulating jumps, the first of its kind in Slovenia. The attraction BohinjSKI FLYer is marketed on the first crowdfunding platform TravelStarter, which is intended only for tourism-related projects and is also the result of Slovenian knowledge.
Are you wondering what it means on ski jumping? fly 250 meters away? And that without knowledge, without mastering the technique? From now on, you can feel for yourself how Peter Prevc and the company feel in the air in the jumping center in Polje, which is from Lake Bohinj only 3 kilometers away.
