A book of advice from musical texts

Book: Don't eat yellow snow

250 of the best pieces of advice from popular music of the last fifty years are collected in a book with the cute title: Don't eat yellow snow.

Don't eat yellow snow (this one is from Frank Zappa) is a collection of the most famous advice from the song, behind the idea is Marcus Kraft. Each page boasts one beautifully designed title (tip) of a particular song, the tips are handwritten, designed by designers and packaged in a minimalistic black and white design.

The messages of the songs are from different genres, from rock to folk music and from punk to hip hop. As they wrote in the presentation, the book is ideal for times when an individual needs strong advice. It is nothing new that music offers comfort and advice, we turn to it in a wide variety of emotional states. How many times do we mutter to ourselves "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" or decide with "Let it be", console ourselves with "Don't worry, be happy" and step on the real ground with "You Can't Always Get What You Want”?

It's hard to find more eloquent advice, especially if we spin a musical version along with it. This sounds like a great gift idea for any music lover, don't you think?
