BOSCH'S RECIPE – Pizza Capricciosa

Who doesn't love a really good pizza? This time, Bosch recommends a delicious Capricciosa, which will not leave your guests indifferent either.

Ingridients

Pizza dough:
• 500 g plain flour
• 1 packet of dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 40 ml of oil
• 250-300 g of warm water

Filling:
• peeled tomatoes
• salt
• mozzarella
• ham
• mushrooms
• oregano
• black olives
• oil

Preparation

1. Mix the yeast and warm water in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead to get a smooth dough.
2. Cover the mixing bowl with a lid and leave in a warm place until the dough rises (about 45 minutes). Quickly knead the dough again.
3. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise for 1 hour under a damp cloth on greased baking paper. Roll out the dough directly on baking paper (with a little oil) and then cover it with peeled tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle a little salt on the dough, cut the ham into thin strips and spread it on the pizza together with the mushrooms, olives, mozzarella and oregano. Drizzle a little oil over the pizza and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
