Bremont has expanded its revamped Supermarine 500m line with a “Polar White” variant. The white wavy dial - Bremont Supermarine 500m Polar White, black ceramic bezel and blue Super-LumiNova ensure legibility, while the 43-mm 904L steel case with helium valves and 500-meter water resistance make it a serious diving reference. Inside, a BB64AH (Sellita SW300) ticks with a 56-hour power reserve. The price is $5,000 on a steel bracelet, and $4,700 on a rubber or NATO strap.
The British, under the leadership of David Cerrat (from 2023), have shuffled the cards: Supermarine has cleaner lines and clearer segmentation. First, in 2024, the experimental “Jungle Green” ceramic model landed, and in 2025, the serial steel 500-meter Supermarine – first with a black dial, now in a fresh “Polar White« interpretation. The result? A design that reads optics like a ship's radar: a white dial rests against a black bezel, the indexes are edged with black, and the whole thing glows in icy blue. This is truly beautiful – Bremont Supermarine 500m Polar White.
Created for contrast – Bremont Supermarine 500m Polar White
The key to the new version is contrast: a dazzling white, 3D wavy dial (sea surface motif) and matte black ceramic bezel with raised markings for serious diving utility. Bremont uses blue-emitting Super-LumiNova on the appliqués and “sword” hands, the index borders are black, and orange accents on the bunk gently break up the monochrome. In photos and presentations, the bezel is black; although one of the brand’s technical tables mentions a “white ceramic insert,” visual material and test records clearly show a black ceramic bezel. With polar colors, even the specifications sometimes take a winter break.
Case and ergonomics: 904L, 43 mm, 13 mm
Housing Bremont Supermarine 500m Polar White It is made of 904L stainless steel (corrosion resistant, polishes well) and measures 43 mm in diameter, approximately 13 mm thick and 50 mm from lug to lug. The left side houses the helium escape valve; water resistance is declared to 500 m (50 ATM). Above the dial is a domed sapphire with anti-reflective coating, the bezel is unidirectional and has a good grip. The bracelet? Bremont's new "Supermarine" with infinity terms (alternately ground and polished), quick-release pins and micro-adjustment. Alternatives include a quick-change black rubber strap and a grey-black NATO.
Caliber BB64AH: Swiss mechanics, British interpretation
Inside is a Bremont BB64AH – renamed Sellita SW300‑1A – which beats at 4 Hz and offers 56 hours of power reserve. The technical data lists Glucydur balance, Anachron spring and Nivaflex main spring. The back cover is screwed and engraved with a map of the oceans, which nicely completes the nautical theme. The movement is known for its slim profile, which helps keep the watch under 13mm at 500m WR – an impressive balance between robustness and wearability.
Where Polar White fits into Supermarine's evolution
The renovation of Supermarina is a three-part story. Jungle Green Full Ceramic (250 pieces) debuted as a bold, monobloc ceramic in 2024, charting a new design direction. June 2025 she followed steel version with a black dial and 3D waves – more affordable, with practically the same specifications. August 2025 therefore Bremont launches Polar White, which maintains the same architecture, but with a strongly emphasized contrast. All three reflect Cerrat's rationalization of the collections (Air/Sea/Land) and the clearer identity language of the brand.

Verdict: polar calm head, diver's heart
Polar White is the most photogenic version of the new Supermariner 500m yet – but it’s not just a cool color combination. The package is technically coherent: 904L steel, 500m water resistance, helium escape valve, ceramic bezel, slim profile and mechanics with plenty of reserve. There are of course louder “spec lists” in this price range, but Bremont plays here on a combination of ergonomics, legibility and imaginative industrial design. If the black model seemed serious to you, the Polar White is the same watch that screams more clearly: Readability is king.
