Bistro Zvezda is a place for a more relaxed business conversation or a pleasant chat with friends over top gourmet delicacies and a glass of excellent wine. It works according to the principle: Fast enough but not fast food, homely enough but not rustic, warm enough but not burnt, healthy enough but tasty and simple enough but not boring. All dishes are prepared mostly from ingredients from Slovenian organic farms and selected cheese producers and producers of meat products. Local ingredients are supplemented with specialties. So we can try salads in a slightly different way: mixed green salad with shrimps marinated in soy and sweet chili sauce with fresh mango, sesame seeds and blanched fennel. As is appropriate for any bistro that indulges itself, we can try the delicious Zvezda hamburger, which also has its own vegetarian version. On Fridays, we will be served fish dishes. We must also try Zvezda krustljavka made from bio wholemeal spelled flour or white spelled flour without yeast. Tasty spreads made of cheeses, tomatoes and various types of dry salami will be served on the crispy bread. Definitely a must stop for all lovers of new, fresh and healthy flavors.
