Have you ever heard someone say they don't like brownies? This dessert is an absolute delight and your apartment will smell delicious as it bakes in the oven. You can also serve it with vanilla ice cream, fruit or any dessert of your choice.

Brownies can be soft or hard depending on their density. They may include nuts, frosting, cream cheese, chocolate chips, or other ingredients. Brownies can be served warm with ice cream, topped with whipped cream or sprinkled with powdered sugar and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

    Ingredients for the first mixture
  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Ingredients for the second mixture
  • ¾ cup gluten-free flour
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ cup vegan milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips without dairy and refined sugar

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add the ingredients from the first group and mix until combined.
  3. Add another batch of ingredients and mix until smooth. Finally, add the chocolate pieces.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread. If using cocoa beans, sprinkle them over the mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Cut them into squares and wait for them to cool. Then sprinkle them with almonds or other additives of your choice.
