The wonderful location above the city and at the foot of Hum takes us to a fairytale world of excellent culinary delights. The restaurant is located in a larger quadrangular tower. It was recently reopened by Marko Pavčnik, a member of the Slovenian national team and former head of the kitchen at Hotel Evropa in Celje. His culinary masterpieces are based on local ingredients that change with the seasons. It is always different, fresh and innovative. We can still catch an offer of asparagus and truffles, but in summer the emphasis is on light plates with lots of vegetables, fish, herbs... From nature straight to our plate. For those who are a bit more demanding, smoked trout tartar, crayfish, trout caviar, horseradish snow and more await.
