Yesterday evening, a hundred guests descended almost 200 meters underground for a special culinary experience with the internationally renowned chef Ana Roš. The event took place in the Museum of Coal Mining of Slovenia in Velenje. Traditional Slovenian dishes with a touch of modern cuisine, an exceptional environment and the performance of the ethnic group Katalena made for an unforgettable evening.
