At CES 2019, HTC introduced two new HTC VIVE Pro virtual reality systems: one that can track eye movements, and the other that does not require additional base stations.
Virtual reality systems are the future of computer games, which is why more and more new ones are gradually coming to the market models. Virtual reality system HTC VIVE Pro, which HTC presented at the fair CES 2019, is considered one of the better ones, as it will gained eye tracking capability. This brings two things ‒ the possibility of drawing a higher resolution image in the parts where we are looking and lower everywhere else (where we are not looking), this will also enable it more accurate imitation of human vision and hands-free operation.
The model is also new Cosmos, which for tracking the user does not need base stations (beacons) in the room. Therefore, it will be possible easier and faster to connect to a computer, and over time maybe also on smartphone. As can be seen from the announcement, new ones should also be available for it controllers.
