CFMoto is preparing the CFMoto V4 SR-RR, a prototype supercar that delivers more than 210 horsepower, weighing under approximately 200 kilograms (≈ < 440 lbs), active aerodynamics and Akrapovič titanium exhaust. Top speed exceeds 300 km/h (186 mph). The model is expected to hit the roads in 2027.
On motorcycle showrooms Every now and then a machine appears that triggers that familiar "what now?" moment at first glance. CFMoto V4 SR-RR is exactly that: a low-sloping nose, pronounced wings, a tension in the lines reminiscent of MotoGP racers. And when you learn that it comes from a factory that, until a few years ago, mainly produced affordable motorcycles, you realize that a change has quietly taken place on the motorcycling map.

A V4 engine that convinces with more than just numbers
At the heart of the CFMoto V4 SR-RR prototype is a 997cc V4 engine with over 210 horsepower (210 hp). In metric terms, this means a very serious supercar, and above all, a bike that can offer an exceptional power-to-weight ratio while weighing under 200 kg (≈ < 440 lbs).
The top speed exceeds 300 km/h (186 mph), which puts it in a world where the driver's reactions are as important as the tires, the asphalt and perhaps a good portion of sobriety. The prototype also features active aerodynamics - the wings at the front adjust their angle according to speed and load, which should add more stability at 250 km/h and above, and above all, a quieter front wheel.

A technique that conjures up character
CFMoto has spared no expense on the components of the CFMoto V4 SR-RR. The semi-active suspension adapts to road conditions and riding style, so the rider doesn’t just feel “sport” or “comfort” mode – the bike changes character on its own, in real time. The Akrapovič titanium exhaust provides the dry, metallic sound that is typical of V4 configurations, but also has that elegant signature that European riders know so well.
The LED headlight and narrower, more aggressive nose give the impression that the bike is constantly looking for a corner, a track, or at least a long stretch of road where it can stretch its lungs. The ergonomics are sporty, a little more aggressive than the brand's previous models, and make it clear that the SR-RR is made for dynamic riding, not for cruising between cafés.

A prototype remains a prototype
Despite all the excitement, the fact remains that the CFMoto V4 SR-RR is not yet a finished product. Many things can change before it reaches series production – the final power, the fine details of the electronics, the materials and of course the price. The segment it enters is brutally competitive. The Ducati Panigale V4, Aprilia RSV4 and Kawasaki ZX-10RR have decades of tradition, winning genes and a strong service network.
CFMoto must prove that it is not just an impressive presentation, but a motorcycle that will withstand the realities of everyday riding in the long term: service, durability, quality and, above all, the trust of customers who are accustomed to the highest standards.

Below the line: CFMoto V4 SR-RR
CFMoto V4 SR-RR is one of those engines that points the way – not only for CFMoto, but for the entire market. If the production version retains the V4 engine with more than 210 horsepower, a weight of under 200 kg and active aerodynamics, we will get a supercar that can seriously threaten the established elite.
The most exciting thing of all is that CFMoto no longer acts like a brand that is “learning.” They act like a brand that is ready to compete. And if the price is indeed more friendly than its European competitors in 2027, the V4 SR-RR will very likely be the bike that everyone who wants brutal speed but doesn’t want to pay for a prestigious logo badge will consider.
