Every month we will prepare six new and interesting recipes, so follow us diligently and participate in the Jamnica prize game.
Ingridients: chestnuts, water
Preparation: Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Using a small, sharp knife, cut a cross into each chestnut on the top side. Place the chestnuts on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled with water, and add a small cup of water to the oven. Bake them for about 30 minutes until the skins are slightly wrinkled. When the chestnuts are easily separated from the shell, we know they are cooked. And another tip: it is even better if the chestnuts are roasted outside and served with must. Pleasure guaranteed.
