Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of butter
  • 8 tablespoons of flour
  • 120 ml of milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 200 g of raspberries, blueberries
  • Dressing:
  • 100 ml of sweet cream
  • 100 g of chocolate

Directions

  1. In a blender, chop the bananas, eggs and melted butter until smooth.
  2. Add milk, vanilla sugar, flour and a pinch of salt and mix well with a mixer to get a uniform dough.
  3. Add cocoa and melted dark chocolate to the mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Heat a pan and pour some batter on it, just like for American pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear on one side, then flip the pancake and cook for another minute on the other side. Repeat the process until you have used up all the dough.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Heat the sweet cream and add chocolate pieces to it until you get a smooth chocolate mixture.
