Chuck Mal is a non-profit institution, recreation center and community space where we can stretch our bodies and let our souls breathe. The basic activity - guided exercises and yoga - is complemented by various workshops, round tables, lectures and childcare.
Chuck Mal is the first and only community center in Brezovica. It was created as a recreation studio, where two halls were intended I exercise (bootcamp, trx, boxing, etc.) and yoga (vinyasa, ashtanga, kundalini, yam flow). Today, the program is even broader, as Chuck Mal also offers exercise recreational boxing for children and adults, postpartum yoga and exercise for pregnant women.

Photo: Nina BečajChuck Mal is run by a young team that wants to create an atmosphere that will inspire people and give them both physical and mental strength to meander through everyday challenges. When creating the center's image, it takes inspiration from abroad, especially from the American habit of creating communities, community spaces where people meet, socialize and spend quality free time.
Children's workshops. Photo: Martin LunderFor this purpose, a living room was also created with comfortable armchairs, bookshelves, tea and cookies, as well as Lego blocks and crayons for children. The center also takes care of children who need care during the school holidays.
During the weekends, you can visit Chuck Malu we take part in educational workshops, therapies and sound baths with gongs (once a month), and the youngest will be happy with sports and creative fun.

Photo: Matej GrginićLast year, the offer also included free exercise for the unemployed, and this year the team will delight the community with Christmas fair, where local creators will be supported and awareness will be raised about the importance of promoting local entrepreneurship by buying/exchanging local Christmas gifts.
