We have prepared recipe for frozen strawberries with ice cream, a dessert for which you do not need many ingredients, and among other things, the preparation itself is simple. Delicious!
Ingredients for frozen strawberries with ice cream:
- 250 g of strawberries
- 500 ml of whipping cream
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 70 g of powdered sugar
- 125 g of strawberry ice cream
- 75 grams of chocolate ice cream
- 75 grams of vanilla ice cream
- 200 g of spekulas biscuits
Preparation of frozen strawberries with ice cream:
Unroll some cling film and put it on your counter. Place a scoop of strawberry ice cream, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a scoop of chocolate ice cream and a scoop of strawberry ice cream. Wrap the foil and roll a little to get the shape of a roulade. Place the ice cream in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Clean the strawberries and cut them into thin rings. Arrange them in a narrow glass container, ring next to ring, so that the strawberries are both on the bottom of the container and on the walls. In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, whipping cream and powdered sugar to make a light cream. Spread one layer of the cream on the baking sheet, place the ice cream 'roulade' in the center and fill the container with the remaining cream. Place spekulas cookies on top next to each other and place the dessert in the freezer for 4 hours. When ready, turn it over and slice. Have a good run!
