If you had to choose between money and exercise, you'd probably choose money for a number of reasons. Well, science says you should choose to exercise because it will make you happier.
Scientists was wondering if exercise brings the same level of satisfaction as money. And they realized that it was time to finally you pay the membership fee for the exercise, which you've been talking about for years.
The researchers collected data on physical activities and emotional well-being several million Americans - namely, they were asked how many times in the last 30 years felt mentally ill due to stress, depression or other mental problems. Reported but they are also about their own incomes.
