Belarusian startup company Wannabe has presented a solution that will come in handy when shopping online. Application Wanna Kicks, which conjures an augmented reality experience, namely allows you to try the sneakers on before you order them.
The Wanna Kicks online store offers products from many brands, such as Nike, Adidas, Yeezy and Vans.
After choosing your footwear and pointing the camera at your feet, the app, which is already available for free in the store, will App Store, offered a virtual display of the selected sneakers on your feet.
Users can too they move and turn their feet and they change the camera angle. The app will even track your steps as you walk. Its creators believe that it will help both consumers and merchants, because it will reduced the chances of returning purchased goods.
Sergey Arkhangelsky, CEO of Wannaby, is of the opinion that the Wanna Kicks app will blurring the distinction between shopping online and physical stores. With its innovation, the company mainly aims at millennials – individuals born between 1980 and 2000.
