Do you want something healthy and tasty that will put you in a better mood without a bad conscience, pamper you on cold days and fill you with energy? I am often asked about this by the clients of Klub Breza, where I advise on healthy eating and appropriate exercise. They are interested in what they can afford after training or simply when they want something sweet, but still healthy, and I help them with specific recipes - I share some of them in the lines below.
As a healthy diet consultant at Sauna Club Breza, this time I played with slightly more unusual ingredients for you. I chose ash and kamut flour. Of course, in combination with very tasty and tempting ingredients.
Ješprenjček porridge with cinnamon and coconut chips
Soak the jasper overnight and cook it for 30 to 40 minutes. For 2 servings, 1 cup of uncooked jasper is enough. When cooked, stir in a spoonful of coconut oil, a spoonful of cinnamon (Ceylon), a pinch of ground bourbon vanilla and coconut chips. Serve and garnish with coconut chips.
Ješprenje cream with banana, chia seeds and persimmon
Add a banana, a teaspoon of chia seeds and about 1 dcl of soy or rice drink to the already prepared ješprenjček porridge. Leave part of the porridge for decoration. Mix everything together until a smooth cream. We cut more kaki. The cream is served in a glass. Decorate it with the remaining porridge and persimmon.
Kamut's pancakes with banana, apples and lemon juice with honey
Ingridients:
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons of kamut flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder with tartar
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour or coconut chips
- 1 banana - 3/4 for the mass and 1/2 for the topping
- 1 apple
- cinnamon
- 1/2 lemon
- honey
- 1 egg or 2-3 egg whites
- soy drink/other vegetable drink/plain milk according to taste - pb. 1-2 dcl
Mix the flour, flakes, coconut flour, egg, salt, soy drink, baking powder and 3/4 of the banana in a blender or with a mixer. Peel the apple, cut it into thin strips and add cinnamon, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Then mix the sliced apple into the mixture. Heat the pan and bake smaller and thicker pancakes in coconut oil. Prepare a dressing of lemon juice, honey and thinly sliced bananas. Place 3 small, thick pancakes on top of each other, cover them with dressing and decorate with coconut chips.
This blend of flavors and aromas is truly amazing. Bon Appetit!
