HEALTHY BUT ALSO TASTY How many times a day do you promise yourself that from now on you will only eat healthy and wholesome food that won't give you heartburn and your stomach will finally feel like you're on vacation? We have in mind, of course, healthy, light, fresh and extremely tasty food, which causes more and more traffic jams in Maribor's Kokla, in the shopping center in Europark. Make no mistake! Kokla doesn't teach you to fly, but to eat healthy and varied food. After the guests initially looked at the menus in fear because of the exotic food combinations, most of them are now asking for repeats. In Kokla, you will be enchanted with gourmet experiments with a Mediterranean touch. And what does that mean? A lot of seasonal vegetables and fruits, exclusively fresh herbs, mainly white meat, which is mostly used as a supplement, and especially the absence of classics in all their greatness. "We experiment with recipes here, and if the dish is successful, we offer it to the guests," comments chef Simona, who together with her team prepares each portion of food individually. At Kokla, the menu for slightly less well-informed gourmets reads like science fiction: baked poultry with a parmesan crust and grilled vegetables, green salad with chicken, curd spoons, herbs, roasted sesame and mustard dressing; chicken liver with rosemary and apples, on potato puree with baked bacon; chicken roulades with vegetables in gorgonzola sauce, basil and blackcurrants and the list goes on and on. In Kokla, they not only take care of your soul, but also of your senses, especially your sight. Their dishes are a real feast for the eyes, where they mainly use flower, vegetable and fruit decorations, which until now you were used to only at wedding celebrations. The "feathered mother" who takes care of your stomachs, however, limits your choices. They offer seven different menus that change every two months. Otherwise, how could you give up such a variety of pasta, salads and chicken with lots of vegetables and herbs?! The need for culinary re-education did not only cover experienced gourmets, but all generations. In Kokla, you can dine in the company of businessmen, families and especially young people, who are particularly enthusiastic about the new products. Perhaps also because the prices of light, fresh and modern meals are affordable for practically everyone, medium and lower price range gourmets. There is no reason to blush while counting the last pile of coins for a long time. All gourmet routes therefore lead to Kokla, where an exciting culinary experience awaits you.
