1. Pastel green

There is even a saying that what you see on the catwalk ends up on the pillows. And rightly so pastel green is one of the most popular colors at the moment, which experts attribute to the fact that people attach great importance to it, especially in the last year and the chaos it brought inner peace, which this shade is supposed to bring into the room.
If your goal is above all calm atmosphere, you can therefore repaint the entire space in pastel green. But if you want to experiment a bit with colors, you can add contrasting dark tones, white or gray tones, which go well with pastel green.

2. Pastel blue

It will also bring you a peaceful atmosphere pastel blue color. Many studies prove that blue has a positive effect on both physical and mental health.
