In the flood of series, it is difficult to judge which one to watch. But something is clear. There is no more iconic women's series than Sex and the City. That is why we eagerly awaited the sequel, or And Just Like That, which is also the official successor of the series.

We made it. Some were impressed, while others were disappointed by what the cult series had turned into.

Regardless of which group you belong to, you will be happy to hear that the creators have decided to film another part of the series. The happy news was shared on social networks by all three central protagonists: Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Sarah Jessica Parker. The approximate date of the second part is not yet known, but we certainly hope that the details will be known as soon as possible.

Whether you liked the first season or not, it's very likely that you'll watch the second one as well. Perhaps you were not impressed with the sudden departure of Mr. Biga or the transformation of Miranda Hobbes, but it's true that such surprises make the continuation of Sex and the City all the more exciting. But what did we learn from the first season?

We are all replaceable

If at the beginning of the first part of And Just Like That we wondered how the series would be watchable without Samantha Jones, we soon realized that Seema Patel is up to the task. She filled the void left by Samantha's departure and became Carrie's confidante, humanly vulnerable and sufficiently insightful. A character with whom it is not difficult to identify. Like Sam, she also pushes the boundaries of decency, and in ten episodes she managed to partially fill the void left by Carrie's departure from Mr. Biga.

Expect the unexpected

You'd think that after all the seasons of Sex and the City, nothing could really surprise us anymore. But we got along. The death of Mr. Biga in the first episode that left us speechless. Some wondered why Carrie didn't call 911 right away, while others cried along with her. The series also continues with more titillating scenes. There was nothing to prepare us for a naked Harry Goldenblatt, but also for the transformation of Miranda Hoobes. But that's another story.

Who is Steve Brady?

All the fans watched with sadness at a broken Steve, whose marriage was falling apart before their eyes. If so far we have paid more attention to Mr. For Big and Carrie, that turned around with And Just Like That. All of a sudden the spotlight was on Steve and Miranda. Quietly and without drama, Steve loved and adored Miranda all these years. His love is even so strong that he wishes her unconditional happiness, even with someone else. Could it be true that we've been admiring the wrong male character all this time and Steve is actually the dream man that every woman of the fairer sex would like to have by her side?
