Luc Jacquet, who spent two months filming in harsh conditions in Antarctica last winter, returns with a new film, mostly shot in 4K resolution, that includes never-before-seen footage from a submarine and drones.
In this story, we follow a young penguin who is about to embark on his first journey and follows a mysterious call that, with the onset of winter, attracts each penguin to set off on a journey with an unknown destination. This decisive moment, this irresistibly attractive call, will be observed through the eyes and memories of an older, experienced penguin.
