  • 150 g of butter
  • 280 g of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

  • 600 g of spinach
  • 250 g of smoked ham
  • 200 g of sheep's cheese
  • 100g of onion
  • 150 ml of sweet cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

  • pepper
  • butter

Preparation

Prepare the dough by cutting the butter into cubes and kneading it in a bowl with flour and water. Season the mass with a pinch of salt and grated Parmesan and create a crumbly dough. Roll out the dough and line the pie pan with it.

Start preparing the filling - wash and dry the spinach, cut the onion and ham into strips. Fry the onion in a pan and then add the spinach. Once it falls together, season it with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Set aside and let cool.

Put the cooled mass in a bowl and add the ham, sheep's cheese, sweet cream, 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and pour the filling into the baking pan that you previously covered with the dough. Bake the pie for about 45 minutes, until it turns golden yellow.

Salmon stuffed with creamed spinach

Ingridients

  • 4 slices of salmon
  • half a cup of grated mozzarella
  • half a cup of cream cheese
    ½ cup frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • juice of half a lemon
  • a pinch of paprika powder, salt, pepper and ¼ tablespoon of garlic powder

Preparation

Season the salmon with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, garlic powder and paprika.

Use a knife to cut into a slice of salmon to create a pocket, which you then fill with the creamy cheese mixture.

Heat the oil in a pan, remove the skin from the salmon and cook it for six minutes on one side. Add the butter and lemon juice and cook the salmon until crispy. Serve warm.

  • 60 g of fresh spinach
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 g of butter

Preparation

Combine the matcha powder, spinach and milk in a blender. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla extract by hand. Combine the masses and mix them by hand until you get a liquid mass without bubbles.

Melt a small piece of butter in the pan on which you will cook the pancakes (3 minutes on each side). You can eat them with the additions of your choice, otherwise peanut butter, yogurt or syrup go well with such pancakes.
