Salad with tuna
Ingredients
- 200 g of tuna
- 1-2 carrots, grated
- 120 g of prunes, cut into pieces
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 50 g of walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 80 g of hard cheese, grated
- 1.5 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2.5 tablespoons of lean mayonnaise
Directions
- Boil the beetroot, but not until soft, then grate it and place it in a large bowl.
- Add chopped prunes, pureed tuna, finely chopped paprika, grated cheese, chopped walnuts, chopped garlic and season to taste.
- In another bowl, mix sour cream and lean mayonnaise. Add this mixture to the ingredients in the bowl.
- Mix everything well so that the flavors combine and the dish becomes juicy.
