Creative camp Sajeta 2017 - the international art & music festival is coming of age this year, as it will be held in Tolmin for the eighteenth time. This year, Sajeta will take place between July 3 and 9 and will open the season of music festivals in Sotočje.
Core program of the Sajeta creative camp it is an internationally based music program, which complement it creative workshops, varied children's program, public debates, performances, exhibitions and film program. From Wednesday to Saturday, it will take place in Sotočje and in the Tolmin Cinema more than fifteen concerts of a wide variety of music, and the creators come from all over the world, even from Japan. The legendary New Yorker will honor the coming of age Sajeta at the age of 83 with a performance Phil Niblock.

Also this year, participants will be able to join creative workshops such as sculpture, music, film and dance. There will also be workshops on practical and creative skills and other outdoor activities, with which they can have fun and relax. Children will again be able to play a variety of instruments with Sam Kutin, knitted and dyed with Gaga, climbed with Martin, prepared a puppet show with Tim and relaxed with wooden puzzles Sveta herself. As part of an international project Echoes from Invisible Landscapes during Sajeta, a symposium on the topic of ecology will be held with guests from the universities of Klagenfurt and Ljubljana, and we will also be treated to the presentation of a collection of in-depth analyzes of popular music in the area of the former Yugoslavia Sounds of Attraction and public debates on the topic of the contemporary music scene in the region.
