Kisa means "kitten" in Icelandic. That's how designers Thorunn Arnadottir and Dan Koval named the first of many upcoming menageries from the animal-shaped candle family - PyroPet.
Vinegar is a cute pink candle (also available in gray) that reveals a slightly more sinister content as it burns. An aluminum skeleton is hidden inside. The candle illustrates the split personality of cats, who are on the one hand cute and gentle, and on the other hand stubborn and aggressive. The designer was also inspired by the mystical connection of cats with the occult and witchcraft.
The two creative Icelanders successfully presented the project on Kickstarter, where they collected enough funds to realize their goal - we will be able to buy the kitten as early as March 2014. The candle, which can be a unique gift as well as an interesting addition to our interior, can be ordered in the future by all those who are not waiting.
