Slovenian proverb Rana ura, the golden hour is not spun from the vine. Aristotle already said that it is good to get up before dawn, because it helps to better health, wealth and wisdom. This has apparently come to the attention of many successful people who get up with dicks (and even earlier!). Check out who are the world's most successful business people who get up incredibly early.
It is a Slovenian proverb "The early bird catches the worm” the key to success? If you ask the world's successful businessmen, it's hard Tim Cook, Jack Dorsey, Richard Branson, Mary Barra and many other business "heavyweights", he holds it like a nail. But it also stands up to scientific scrutiny. Research have shown that they are morning people (some are semi-nocturnal, as they get up in the middle of the night) more (pro)active and make better use of each day, so they more successful in business.
Or as he said Christoph Randler, professor of biology at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, "when it comes to business success, morning people hold all the cards". The logic is quite simple. It's less disturbing elements, and thanks to the extra hours, they can also do things that they would not otherwise be able to do.
