Eko Indeks is located in the center of Ljubljana. It differs from other restaurants in that they only use organically produced ingredients when preparing culinary masterpieces. If we go to them with the knowledge that organic food is tastier, contains more vitamins and minerals, certainly contains less or even no residues of chemical and protective agents, our stomach will definitely be grateful. And so is nature. A large selection of different eco soups, salads, pastas and risottos awaits us on the menu every day. Homemade gnocchi with veal and leeks, gratin penne with minced meat and spinach, Chinese cabbage with lentils are just a few of the dishes that occasionally appear on the menu. But it changes every day. We offer three different eco soups and two main dishes every day. Lunch consists of a soup of your choice, a main dish and fresh fruit and vegetable organic juice. The menu is also suitable for vegetarians. Meat is always prepared separately and added to meat dishes later. Vegans and individuals with celiac disease also find a varied selection for themselves.
