Elan is once again setting trends in ski development. Just as they were the first to design carving skis years ago, they are now heralding a new revolution. Namely, they designed the Elan Voyager folding skis.
All of us skiers are well aware of what the logistics look like when we go skiing. Whether you're going skiing by plane or driving a car, lugging a bulky bag of skis can be a real nightmare.
They are also aware of this Elan, so they announced an innovative new ski called Voyager. Designed to fit into a bag half the size, they feature an industry-first four-axis folding design.
In practice, this means that when spread out, they should be just as responsive to ride as any traditional cross-country ski. Available in three different colors and sizes, they come with their own EMX 12.0 GW binding kit. You can order them at Elan for about 1,500 euros per pair.
