The Pula estate lies in the unspoiled heart of nature. The building, whose history dates back to the 19th century, sets new foundations in Slovenian cuisine.
With the year 2019, the "cooking" reins are on Pula estate taken over by a top chef Urh Kapelar, who breathed soul into the estate's culinary experience and took it to a new level. He is known for his striking style and constant search for the perfect taste. He looks for inspiration for his menus in the local area, but surprisingly with simplicity, perfection of the dish and love for detail. It takes advantage of the estate's natural features and operates according to the "from field to table" concept.
The Pule Estate can also boast of an imposing wine cellar, in which they store more than 180 labels of the best Slovenian winemakers, as well as a wide range of wines from both the old (France, Italy, Spain, Europe) and the new world (South Africa, South America, Australia, USA, etc.).
Overnight at the Pula Estate
It is on the Pula Estate nine exclusive apartments in wooden houses, named after the women who marked the lineage of the Anderlič family (owners of the estate). Six junior suites have a separate bedroom and living room. In the three two-story family apartments, you can find a separate bedroom and a gallery with two separate beds. Apartments have bathroom, kitchen and private terrace. They ensure a pleasant feeling fireplace, which is always stocked with fragrant birch wood, sweet surprises and beautiful nature.
