A beautiful, toned body is the dream of many people, but something that (too) few of us can boast about. But there is a solution for that too. Quite simple actually. We can also burn fat from the stomach and waist area with an exercise that will only take a minute. Here's a simple exercise for a flat stomach!
What do you need?
- a towel
- good mood
A simple exercise for a flat stomach:
1. Stand in a straight position with your feet and shoulders shoulder width apart. Grab both ends of the rolled towel and stretch it vertically in front of you. Without loosening or reducing your grip, move both outstretched arms to the right, then up and to the left.
2. When changing the position of the hands (see photo), reverse the movement.
3. You should make a figure eight with the movement of your hands. But remember: the legs should move as little as possible, also don't move your hips too much.

This exercise should take one minute, two to four times a day, but eventually you can extend the exercise to two to three minutes. This will work the oblique abdominal muscles and back muscles, as well as strengthen the arm muscles. So what are you waiting for?
