Extremely effective "weekend diet"

If we can't devote ourselves to a healthy diet during the tiring work week, at least during the weekend we treat ourselves to a healthy diet consisting mainly of fruits, vegetables and unsweetened liquids.

Among the fruits, we prefer pineapple, as it contains a lot of water, vitamins and fiber and successfully fights against excess fat pads. Green tea will be of great help in detoxifying the body, and oatmeal will cleanse our digestive tract. Avoid salting and sweetening food and drink at least two liters of unsweetened tea or water a day.
