Despite the fact that Tobias Grau's new light will not be available on the market until July, it has already won prestigious design awards. The Chicago Athenaum, a museum of architecture and design, awarded the Fall chandelier a Good Design Award for its shape, innovative technology, material, usability and energy efficiency. The same product is also the winner of the Red Dot Award. Since 1984, when he began his career as a freelance designer, German lighting and furniture designer Tobias Grau has become synonymous with top-quality products that, in addition to the highest aesthetics, also bring the latest technological solutions to our homes. The light is made in two sizes with a diameter of the lower part of the "drop" of 5 or 8 cm. It is made of brushed aluminum, which ends with a lens at the bottom, which helps to optimally illuminate the room. It is equipped with the currently most technologically advanced nine or sixteen watt LED bulbs, which emit a strong light that does not distort colors with extremely low energy consumption. In addition to the Falling 5 and Falling 8 models, the Falling Water model is also available in the same series; a chandelier formed from nine drops of light.
