About the new Ferrari 296 GTB, his name already tells us a lot. The number 296 refers to the engine capacity, 2,992 liters, and the number of cylinders - 6. The abbreviation GTB is an acronym for Gran Turismo Berlinetta. So for the first 6-cylinder Ferrari car, which bears the black crow logo, as its ″spiritual″ predecessor had the Dino label.

Z 218 horsepower per liter motorized volumes, according to Ferrari, broke the world record if we only consider production cars. It has a petrol engine 654 horsepower, and with the help of an electric motor, the power increases to 610 kW (818 horsepower) and 740 Nm of torque. For the sake of electric motor s 122 kW of power (164 horsepower), the latest Italian beauty starts from 0 to 100 km/h in all 2.9 seconds. After 7.3 seconds of acceleration, the speed ″indicator″ will already show 200 km/h. The maximum speed is 330 km/h.

Battery with capacity 7.45 kWh has enough energy to 25 kilometers electrical range. If you decide on the Asseto Fiorano package, which includes many parts made of carbon fiber, the weight of the hybrid is only 1,470 kilograms. Compared to the Ferrari F8 Tributo, it is only 35 kilograms heavier. Not only technologically, the newcomer is also a real feast for the eyes and fully deserves its name from this point of view as well Ferrari.
