The final season of Netflix's La Casa De Papel (Money Heist, 2021) will be released in two parts, with the first part coming on September 3rd and the second on December 3rd!
"When we started writing the fifth season in the middle of the pandemic, we felt that we had to change the expected ten episodes and use all possible tools to create the right feeling of the finale of the first part of the last season," he said Alex Pina, creator of the series. "In the second part, we focus more on the emotional situation of the characters. It is a journey through their sentimental map that directly connects us to their departure.”
According to the official synopsis on Netflix, the gang has been locked up in the Bank of Spain for over 100 hours. They managed to save Lisbon, Professor however, Sierra caught him, and so the professor probably has no escape plan for the first time in his life. Just when it seems that nothing can go wrong, an enemy far more powerful than any they have faced enters the scene: army. The greatest heist in history is coming to an end, and what started as a heist will turn into a war.
