What is Boot Camp?
The new form of group exercise, which allows you to start losing fat, increase fitness and improve mental strength in just 3 days of an extended weekend, is similar to intensive military training. The program of exercises, socializing and cooperation includes various forms of exercise - from running and walking up a hill to sports games and other forms of exercise, mostly in nature.
