The Americans, specifically their Chevrolet, are coming to Europe with a new model, the minivan Orlando. It is Chevy's first MPV for the European market. The engine range includes a 1.8-liter gasoline engine (103 kW) and two 2.0-liter turbodiesels (96 and 120 kW). The Orlando will only be available as a seven-seater, with the seats in the back two rows easily folding into the floor of the vehicle – keeping the boot floor flat. It shares the chassis with the cruze sedan, which, according to Chevrolet representatives, has so far proven itself with good handling and road holding. The interior promises many American ideas, such as drink holders at every step and an interesting storage space "hidden" behind the radio control panel. The compartment is large enough to store glasses, a wallet, an MP3 player - there is also a USB socket. In terms of equipment, buyers will be able to choose from three trim levels, with the basic equipment list already including air conditioning, six airbags, ESP stability control system and electric mirrors.
