Ingredients for the coffee-flavored flourless cake:
- 200 g of almonds
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 175 g of unsalted butter
- 70 g of powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 20 ml of coffee
Preparation of flourless coffee-flavored cake:
Grind the almonds in a food processor, but be careful not to make the mixture sticky. Melt and mix chocolate and butter over steam, add coffee to the mixture. Beat the yolks (separate from the whites) and sugar with a mixer until you get a compact mixture. Add a mixture of chocolate, butter and coffee and ground almonds to the egg yolk and sugar mixture. The last thing you will add to the whole mixture is the beaten egg whites.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees C. Grease a baking pan (diameter 20 cm) with oil or butter, you can also line it with baking paper and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
