"Fools Do Art" or how the two colleagues recreated painting masterpieces

People are much more likely to go to work if they know they can have a little fun while working. A good example is the colleagues at Squarespace, Francesco Fragomeni and Chris Limbrick, who took an interesting leap from the established work routine. They didn't interrupt the work process with a coffee or a chic break, but rather amateur photo-recreation of famous paintings by renowned painters and packaged the matter in the project "Fools Do Art".

It all started when they Francesco and Chris interrupted the work with a quick and spontaneous photo-recreation famous detail from Michelangelo's fresco Creation of Adam, which adorns the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. Photos, original and reproduction shoulder to shoulder, they announced on Instagram and the matter soon grew into a serious "work" project with the title Fools Do Art.

They also joined them from time to time other colleagues, and they are diligently gathering admirers all over the world. But they are not resting on their laurels, because they are already working fresh processing famous pictures. Among other things Sunday afternoon on the island of La Grande Jatte Georges Seurat, for which they will have to drum up the whole office together.
