Painting enthusiasts are willing to shell out fabulous sums for masterpieces by artists from various historical periods. This time they are offered a unique opportunity, where they will also get a bed in the package with the picture.
British company Savoir Beds is in cooperation with London's National Gallery decided on an interesting move. It will offer people who decide to buy their bed the possibility of sleeping with art.
It will be possible to choose from all the images from the gallery, and these will be printed on velvet, linen or cotton fabric. Manufacturers will decorate with them the headboard of a luxurious bed.
The National Gallery keeps just 2300 works of art, which were created between the 13th and 20th centuries. Among them we find the works of the greatest masters of painting, such as Botticelli, Da Vinci, Rembrandt, Monet and Van Gogh.
A company will be in charge of printing the products Andrew Martin, which deals with interior design. Otherwise, the panel order cannot be carried out without the approval of the National Gallery.
