Fructal presents a new product, cloudy apple juice, made exclusively from Slovenian apples. The successful Vipava peach project was thus extended to the area of apples.
At Fructal, they continue the success story of the Vipava peach, where, in cooperation with growers, they have developed a product that is made exclusively from peaches that come from the Vipava valley. This success story has now been extended to the area of apples as well. They introduced a new product – Fructal Superior, 100% Slovenian apple. A case of freshly squeezed juice that is not filtered and is prepared exclusively from Slovenian apples.
For this purpose, he bought out Fructal 2,300 tons of apples, exclusively from Slovenian growers, and they mostly come from Dolenjska. Fructal has already ranked among the largest buyers of fruit in Slovenia, with the introduction of a new juice - Fructal Superior, 100% Slovenian apple, with 5,000 tons of fruit purchased per year, became the largest buyer of fruit in Slovenia. Apples also represent the largest share in fruit production in our country, in recent years this share amounts to an average of more than 70% of fruit produced.
