It is very pleasant and homely that you can choose the ingredients of the meal entirely by yourself, and these ingredients are also always fresh. So you can design your meal and tell the chef how to prepare your meat or fish. The quality of the restaurant is comparable to better a la carte restaurants. And another great idea from their management - you can also determine the portion size yourself and completely adapt the meal to your real needs. The restaurant's daily offer includes several different starters, soups and stews, dishes from the wok, three dishes from the oven, several types of side dishes and grilled meat or fish. Always fresh fruit and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are also available. Lovers of salads will certainly not be disappointed, as the choice is really varied - there are ten to fifteen types, and you can spice them up with different dressings.
