Lüneburg Forest, Germany

Germany is not only about theme parks, but also the land of thousands of hiking trails and natural parks, and we have prepared for you selection of the best. Just like Slovenia, it is a hidden natural pearl, and its beauty extends further than the eye can see, as it "stretched" from the northern German coast all the way to the Alps in the south. We highly recommend the hiking trail Rheinsteig at Wiesbaden, which will take you past along the Rhine River romantic mansions and vines, or wandering through the Hainich National Park, where you can walk right through the treetops. If you are looking for panoramas, we suggest visiting the former volcanic landscape Eifel, Black Forest, alpine Allgäu and the largest German nature park Altmühltal. But we must not forget the fairy-tale rock formations of the landscape Saxon Switzerland and lush forests Thuringia, which are a kind of lungs of the heart of Germany.
