After designing the Starbucks pop-up store in 2012, Japanese design studio Nendo has broken ranks again with the Starbucks coffee chain.
They designed for him a series of 3 cups, which are derived from classic white coffee and added a graphic image to the bottom of the cup. Therefore, an inverted cup gives the illusion that it is always full. There are three versions in the series: americano, white coffee and caramel macchiato. Cups embrace Starbucks philosophy: a positive outlook on the world, the cup is always half full, not half empty. The cups are available in stores in Japan.
