Ingredients

    Foundation ingredients:
  • 200 g of petit biscuits
  • 120 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Ingredients for the cream:
  • 500 g of cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl. Stir until the mixture becomes thick.
  2. Grind the cookies and mix with sugar and melted butter. It is best to mix with your hands. Then spread the mixture over the surface of the baking tray on which you have prepared the baking paper.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 200°C. Then take the pan out and pour the cream mixture over the base. Then bake at 170 °C for another 20 minutes.
  4. Once the cake is baked, let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight. Serve the next day. Bon Appetit!

Additional tip:

Spice lovers can use a pinch of ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger and cardamom instead of the spice mix.
