Ingridients:
- 2 large teaspoons of turmeric
- 120 ml of water
- a teaspoon of sugar
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 350 ml of milk (can be plant-based or regular)
Preparation:
Quickly fry all the dry ingredients over low heat and then slowly add the water. When it is almost boiling on medium heat, add the milk and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Serve still warm and drink.
