Grefino – an urban ice cream bar in Ljubljana

Wandering through Italy inspired the novelty: Grefina – an urban self-serve ice cream bar, which is found at department store NAMA. The team couldn't help but be amazed at the enthusiasm the visitors showed while filling their ice cream cups and cones. And they decided to give this kind of enthusiasm to the visitors of the Grefino ice cream bar as well. Here, among other things, the bar's slogan was born:"Sometimes it seems to me that everything is going well." Visitors to the urban ice cream bar can conjure up new flavors and endless combinations every time.

Eight ice cream flavors are available: Greek yogurt, English cream, dark chocolate, chocolate, hazelnut, strawberry, lemon and milk flower. When we finally choose the ice cream, they are still here sprinkles, toppings and fruit. Sprinkles with colored candies, chocolate, almonds, crunchy cookies, Oreo cookies, coconut and small meringues are available. The toppings are strawberry, caramel, white and dark chocolate, and honey and pistachio. There are also toppings made from fresh strawberries and blueberries, toppings made from hazelnut cream, from rafael cream and toppings with the taste of apple pie. Of course, you can also add fruit - strawberries, pineapples and kiwis. There are many possibilities, they will change through the seasons, so we will never run out of combinations. The main thread and soul of the Grefino bar is ice cream, which is pleasant to eat regardless of the season. We have three sizes of pots, a cone and two sizes of containers "to take away". Of course, we can also choose between sweets and good coffee.
