Starting today, HalfPrice Slovenia is available to all bargain hunters, as it offers a wide selection of well-known brands from all over the world at incredibly discounted prices. Almost a year since its establishment, the HalfPrice chain has more than 50 well-stocked brick-and-mortar locations, a successful online store, and a presence in six foreign markets.
HalfPrice is a modern concept store in the price segment that offers a wide range of popular brands at attractive prices, including clothing, footwear, accessories, cosmetics, toys and home products.
"At the beginning of May, we will celebrate the first anniversary of our HalfPrice concept. In a short period of time, it has gained strong recognition as well as the respect of customers in each of the countries where it has been introduced. Now it's time for Slovenia, another market in the Balkans right after Croatia, where the chain was brought. The CCC Group's strategy is to open approximately 250 HalfPrice stores by 2025. We are already well on our way to this goal," he says Adam Holewa, CEO at HalfPrice.
The Slovenian HalfPrice store is located in the Supernova Ljubljana Rudnik gallery. "The city was not a random choice. It is currently being renovated and will become one of the largest Slovenian shopping centers at the peak of retail design by the end of this year. Our concept of favorable prices will be a perfect complement to the existing offer," says Joanna Czyżewska, Vice President of Sales at HalfPrice.
Newly opened HalfPrice store in Ljubljana has already employed 25 people with almost 1,200 m2 of modern sales space. "Visitors to our store will find a wide range of clothing, footwear, cosmetics, toys and household items, which are sold at up to 80 % lower prices than the original ones. As the CCC group, we have been present in Slovenia for almost a decade, so we have a fairly good idea of the preferences of local consumers. We will certainly become a venue for the offer of Slovenian hunters at low prices," says Malwina Winter, Vice President of Purchasing at HalfPrice.
In Europe, there are already more than 50 HalfPrice stores. In December 2021, the chain started online sales. The concept is also available in Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Hungary. Soon, HalfPrice will also debut on the Slovak market.
