There is probably no one among us who has not heard of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle brand. American motorcycles are available in various forms, but now we will get to know one more of the more dynamic models. As they say at Harley, the new Harley-Davidson FXDR will introduce some more sporty dynamics among the 'choppers'.
Harley-Davidson FXDR comes from the so-called "Softail" groups of motorcycles that unite within themselves inheritance processing motorcycles and modern technology for maximum driving pleasure. The latest FXDR could be said to be something we haven't seen from Harley-Davidson before. It's designed with the as small as possible weight and therefore made of light alloys and composites, and the swingarm and part of the frame are made of aluminum. The exhaust system is slightly modified and allows bigger tilting when driving through a bend, while offering more capacity and penetrating sound. A case of dynamic motorized bike, which will appeal to those who want a Harley but want a more dynamic ride.
At the heart of the Harley-Davidson FXDR is a familiar engine Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-Twin. Its volume is 114 cubic inches respectively 1,868 cubic centimeters. Since Harley doesn't talk about horsepower, when it comes to engine 'power' we look at torque. We have available 160 newton meters of torque, which is comparable to a smaller city car. At the same time, it is also the strongest engine found in the Softail class of motorcycles. The Harley-Davidson FXDR is already available for order and will cost around 25,000 euros.
