This spring, let's turn over a new leaf and remove from our diet everything that harms our health, well-being and optimal appearance. However, let's not give up on tasty and healthy sandwiches, because with just a few smart changes, we can turn an unhealthy snack into a great meal that will also make us look better.

A sandwich can be a "dangerous" matter! Unfortunately, too often it is just a synonym for white bread, weighed down with unhealthy butter, mayonnaise and processed meat and too sweet jams. Therefore, instead of white bread, we introduce it into our menu whole grain and let's replace unhealthy spreads with tasty ones avocados, which, when just ripe, is tastier than butter. This combination alone represents a delicious and healthy breakfast, which will give us a lot of energy until lunch.

Avocado it is a real treasure trove of vitamins A and E, which are especially kind to our skin. Vitamin A stimulates cell renewal and collagen formation in the skin and is thus an excellent natural substitute for retinol. By regularly eating avocados, we can say goodbye to pigmentation, scars and dry skin, as our skin will get the necessary moisture and help in its renewal. But that's not all! To the "dream team" of tasty and healthy sandwiches that will make us more beautiful, we can add some tasty treats that will give our sandwich super beauty powers...

1. Radish

Radish not only does it taste great, but it also hides some beauty secrets. In fact, there is no poison hidden in a small bottle of radish, but a high amount of vitamin C, which nourishes our tissue, and a large percentage of water, which provides our body with the necessary hydration.

2. Beans

Beans we can mash it with avocado, or simply sprinkle it on our sandwich. In any case, with its help, we will introduce quite a few isoflavones into our body, which successfully prevent the aging of our skin.

3. Eggs

Eggs prepare in such a way as to keep the yolk still liquid. Poached egg is by far the best thing that we can give our body for breakfast, because its nutritional value will not be nullified by just the right temperature. The high temperature, which causes the yolk to curdle, also changes the beauty effects that the liquid yolk still has. Eggs contain beautiful healthy fats called Omega 3, which allow our hair, nails and skin to shine in all their natural beauty.

4. Tomato
